How To Prepare Yourself For Consultation ?
- Arrive 10-15 minutes before your first consultation. Our friendly admin staff will help you fill in your personal details and complete history of your problem.
- For your comfort and easy access to your problematic area wear appropriate clothing.
- Bring list of your current medications.
- If you have X-rays, CT, MRI, US, please bring along.
- If you do have a referral from a doctor, please bring it along.
- If you are a Work Related Injury or Motor Vehicle Accident Client, please bring relevant information.

Yes! Through online video conferencing, our skilled Physiotherapist provide Physiotherapy visits. You will be given a simple link to click in order to start your session quickly and privately using our private and secure video conferencing platform. You only need a computer with a webcam.

Your medical care will probably be covered if you have extended health benefits or if you were hurt in a vehicle accident. If you use extended health benefits, read your Extended Health Manual for specifics on your coverage or contact your human resources office. We can now bill the majority of insurance carriers directly for your convenience. We now accept patients under the Veteran's Affairs Health Program (VAHP) and the Interim Federal Health Program (IFHP).
To receive Physiotherapy treatment, no reference is required. Patients are encouraged to review the specifics of their extended health benefits, though, as some may need a doctor's referral in order to cover treatment costs.
Initial exams for new Physiotherapy patients last an hour, and
subsequent sessions last 30 minutes. Each appointment is for a private
session with your physical therapist.
Depending on your condition, you may need a certain amount of sessions. Each
of our patients is assessed on an individual basis. Your first appointment
gives your therapist the details they require to evaluate your issue,
ascertain its prognosis and develop a treatment strategy. At your initial
consultation, your therapist and you will talk about this.
